CARNELA RENÉE HILL
is a faith-driven leader, pastor, and apostolic voice called to lead with wisdom, courage, and compassion. With over 26 years of entrepreneurial experience and a strong academic foundation, she carries a unique mantle to bridge ministry and the marketplace, moving with clarity in the pulpit, the classroom, and beyond the walls of the church.
Carnela comes from a rich lineage of clergy, including her maternal grandfather and great-grandfather, both pastors, which has deeply shaped her spiritual foundation and calling. An award-winning entrepreneur, global speaker, chaplain, and author, she is committed to advancing God’s kingdom through healing, restoration, and transformation. She is the author of Walking Afraid and Walking Afraid Journal, and the co-author of The Fight: Declaring to Win.
Her ministry integrates faith, leadership, and trauma-informed care to guide individuals, leaders, and communities through seasons of crisis, change, and growth.
Carnela answered her call to ministry in 2017 and was affirmed in the office of an Apostle in 2023. She walks boldly in her divine assignment, entering spaces many are unwilling to go, carrying a message of truth, healing, and restoration.
She is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Be Restored Church and the Founder of Thrive Resource Center, where she equips youth and young adults in marginalized communities to move from surviving to thriving through mentorship, life skills, and workforce development. Through C3 Impact Strategies, she extends her ministry beyond the church walls, providing coaching, consulting, and chaplaincy to leaders and organizations navigating crisis, change, and growth.
Apostle Hill holds several degrees, including an Executive MBA from UNC Chapel Hill and a Master of Arts in Christian Practice from Duke Divinity School. She also holds certificates in Mental Health First Aid (Adults and Youth), Coaching, and Project Management.
A true missionary in both nations and the marketplace, her ministry reaches beyond walls, meeting people where they are. She is passionate about seeing people made whole, strengthened in faith, and walking boldly in their God-given purpose.
